RE:Niels Diffrient: Re thinking the Way We Sit Down

In Niels Diffrient's Ted talk rethinking the way we sit down he starts off with describing his childhood passion for planes.  From being a young child romanticizing planes Niel describes how his hunger for life changed even after he had his dream come true of designing planes. He explains how he found his new found passion for a very simple everyday object. When thinking of a chair you or I might think that its not so intricate. Yet Niels' new design implements the little things that matter. The chair can be compatible for anyone. From someone that might be 6ft or for someone of old age that don't necessarily want a lot of instructions on how to operate a chair.In a world where we create products more for looks rather than comfort Niels had both in mind when he created this piece of furniture.
